Looking for Innovation! Creative Idea Competition Has Invited Youth Creativity to Solve Waste Management Problems in Tourism Destination

Banyuwangi, December 21st, 2021 - The issue of waste management appears to be a never-ending discussion until today. Every year, the amount of waste produced by humans is always increasing.

In response to this issue, EcoRanger tried to provide opportunities for youth innovators focusing on waste management to deliver their creative ideas to make activity and business proposals through Creative Idea Competition. Through this competition, EcoRanger aimed to provide a chance for collaboration for the development of a sociopreneurship program in Waste Management Center (SEKOLA) to manage waste in tourism destinations.

The more collaboration, the more chance that we have to improve our effectiveness in managing waste especially in tourism destinations. Managing waste is not as easy as producing and discarding it. Through the EcoRanger program, the Community Empowerment team of Greeneration Foundation will always strive to create sustainable tourism by managing waste in tourism destinations responsibly. In realizing this goal, we need support from multi-stakeholders. You can also help us in realizing sustainable waste management in tourism destinations by donating to our donation program. A small action that we create together will make a bigger impact on our environment.
